FAQ – Shipping & Returns

1. When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship the next business day. Custom items such as custom printed decals and decals fired to glass for example, will need production time to create the items for you before shipping. Please allow up to 3 days for custom items to be prepared before shipping. Should you need your items in a hurry, please contact us to let us know and we’ll do what we can to help you.

2. How will my items ship?

All items are shipped via Canada Post to the address provided at checkout.

To provide you the comfort in knowing your parcel will arrive at it’s proper destination, please read the following based on where your parcel is being delivered. The shipping prices shown in item descriptions cover the following services:

  • CANADA – All parcels are shipped by registered mail. This offers insurance and confirmed delivery to ensure that your parcels arrive safely. Faster delivery services may be available. Please contact me with your address and delivery needs for pricing details.
  • UNITED STATES – All parcels are shipped as tracked packet through Canada Post. This offers insurance and ensures confirmed delivered directly to you by Xpresspost – USA service. Faster delivery services may be available. Please contact me with your address and delivery needs for pricing details.
  • INTERNATIONAL (outside USA) – International parcels are sent as Small Packet Air and DO NOT include tracking or insurance. Tracked shipping is available and prices are determined based on the country of destination. Please contact me with your address if you would like tracked shipping quotes.

**FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS** Please acquaint yourself with your country’s customs and import regulations. Depending on your country’s import laws, you may be liable for duties, levies, VAT and taxes. All parcels will be declared as “Merchandise” on customs form with the appropriate value listed.

3. How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping prices vary by the weight and size of your shipment, as well as the distance to it’s destination. At the checkout, there will be various shipping options available based on your order. You can select the option you would like to use.


4. What is your return policy?

Living Sun Glass has a HAPPINESS Guarantee!

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. After your intent to return your purchase is confirmed, you can ship the item(s) back for a refund. Your return shipment must include a tracking number and once your parcel has been received and the item confirmed to be in original condition, a refund will be processed for the cost of the item. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

If you are purchasing tools or equipment, please test your item upon receipt to make sure it is working properly. Our manufacturers will only accept returns on defective items within 30 days of purchase. If you dicover later that the item isn’t working properly, we won’t be able to assist you.

Due to the nature of digital products, these sales are final and no refunds will be processed.

NO RETURNS will be accepted on custom or personalized items or orders.
